ABSTRACT:
In these article we study on different natural polymer. Use of natural polymer, gums and mucilages in drug delivery system has been weighed down by the synthetic materials. Natural occurring excipients having many advantages such as non-toxicity, less cost and abundantly availability. But before selecting any polymer it is necessary to confirm its aqueous solubility. So this review article provide an overview of natural polymers, gums and mucilages with their sources and medicinal properties.
