ABSTRACT:
For the first time investigated the sum of alkaloids of plant Echinops integrifolius, which totaled 0.186% of the dry weight of the plant. By column chromatography was isolated and identified eight substances: three triterpenoids, umbelliferone, isoprenoid ?-lactone-4,8,12,16- tetrametilheptadekan -4-olide, dibuthyl phthalate. There have been studies of antidiabetic properties of isolated compounds, and obtained extracts. It was investigated the antidiabetic, and antimicrobial activity, influence of umbelliferone on tyrosinase activity and melanin in the cells of the model B16 (OD475).
